Hilton Short Hills Sunday Brunch…our tradition continues…
Each Sunday, a Hilton Short Hills tradition is prepared by our award winning Chefs and is enjoyed by hotel guests and local diners. Executive Chef Richard Kennedy and his team of experienced chefs create a unique brunch utilizing the freshest ingredients, inspired by the flavors of the season.
Enjoy classic brunch items with exiting new twists and live music. A complimentary bloody mary, screwdriver or mimosa is included, after 12:00pm. The dessert presentation is prepared fresh daily by our in-house pastry chefs.

Brunch is served every Sunday with seating’s available at 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Brunch is $46 for adults and $23 for children, ages 5 – 11, excluding tax and gratuities. Children under 4 years of age are welcomed complimentary. Special pricing may apply on holidays such as Mother's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Reservations are required.
Complimentary Valet parking is available for all Brunch patrons.

In the months of January and February 2013 the Dining Room will be undergoing a one million dollar renovation which will completely transform the restaurant. Be on the lookout for more information on the experience and menu in the upcoming weeks. During this time the hotel will continue to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Madison Room, a banquet room located on the lobby level. Additionally, our weekly Sunday Brunch will be unavailable in its traditional form. During the renovation, come enjoy our new al la carte Sunday Brunch which will be served until 2pm each Sunday.
