The Dining Room at Hilton Short Hills Hotel - All of the charm… without the formality
The culinary team of the Hilton Short Hills presents a seasonal rustic menu that will feed your body and warm your soul. Enjoy our hardy selection of breakfast options including our plentiful breakfast buffet, served daily. If you are looking to host a business meeting or just lunching with the ladies, our original lunch menu will fit the bill. In the evening the Dining Room provides a quality dinner experience in a relaxed atmosphere.
Led by Executive chef Richard Kennedy, our team of experienced chefs has created a seasonal rustic American menu focused on comfort foods with simple presentations, utilizing local ingredients and the latest culinary techniques.
In addition to our updated menus, house specialties are offered daily including wine pairings from our outstanding wine list and delectable homemade desserts prepared by our in-house Pastry Chef.
In keeping with the fresh, sophisticated style of the menu, the room has been enhanced with striking artwork by local artist Jim Inzero, bringing a vibrancy to the space.
For corporate dinners or private occasions, the private dining room is available for groups up to 16.

In the months of January and February 2013 the Dining Room will be undergoing a one million dollar renovation which will completely transform the restaurant. Be on the lookout for more information on the experience and menu in the upcoming weeks. During this time the hotel will continue to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Madison Room, a banquet room located on the lobby level. Additionally, our weekly Sunday Brunch will be unavailable in its traditional form. During the renovation, come enjoy our new al la carte Sunday Brunch which will be served until 2pm each Sunday.
