Become fit in mind and body and take advantage of our highly skilled and motivating Personal Trainers, Group Fitness and Swim Instructors. Our vast array of Group Fitness classes includes Spinning, Aquaerobics, Pilates, Body Sculpt and Yoga, to name only a few. A full list of scheduled Group classes is available at Spa Reception and upon joining the Spa, one of our Certified Personal Trainers will offer you a complimentary fitness assessment which will allow you to monitor your progress towards optimum health and fitness.
